Peisey-Vallandry

Quiet Tarentaise village under the Vanoise Express cable car.

Peisey-Vallandry is the quietest of Paradiski's three bases, a working Tarentaise village on the Les Arcs side directly under the Vanoise Express cable car. The lower hamlet of Peisey-Nancroix at 1,300 m has slate-roofed traditional architecture; the higher Plan-Peisey at 1,600 m is the main lift base. The village suits families and intermediate skiers seeking access to the full Paradiski domain without the modernist scale of Les Arcs or La Plagne's high villages.
