Hinterglemm is Saalbach's quieter sister village, 4 km up the valley at 1,067 m. The two villages are connected by a free shuttle bus and the same lift pass; Hinterglemm offers easier ski-in/ski-out lodging and slightly higher snow reliability than Saalbach's centre. Suits skiers who want Skicircus access without the busiest après crowd.
