Annupuri

Locals' favourite: quietest, gentlest of the four Niseko bases.

Annupuri is the southwesternmost base of Niseko United, at 360 m on the south flank of the namesake mountain. The smallest village of the four bases, with mostly Japanese-run pensions and a quieter pace than Hirafu's Australian-heavy scene. Locals favour Annupuri for its uncrowded lifts and the gentler terrain on the lower slopes. Connected via upper-mountain lifts to Niseko Village and onward to Hirafu and Hanazono.
