Location
Mürren sits high on a sunny shelf in the Bernese Oberland of central Switzerland, perched above the Lauterbrunnen valley with the high-alpine peaks of the Eiger, Mönch, and Jungfrau directly across the way.
Getting there
Fly into Zürich (ZRH), then about 3 hours in by train. The village is car-free, so the final leg is by rail.
Access is by funicular and rail from Lauterbrunnen, or cable car from Stechelberg.
